HYPERTENSION AND KIDNEY DISEASE
Written by a good researcher who became the first person to reverse hypertension and kidney disease simply by identifying toxic substances listed on the back of the foods and drinks that he was consuming. He learned how his foods resulted in altering his acid alkaline balance despite the fact he thought he was eating a healthy diet. He also stopped ingesting foods and drinks that contained high fructose corn syrup. He discovered that his blood pressure dropped when he removed the heavy metals out of his body. This encouraged him to filter out his water supply. HMT General Kit is a test kit available to tests for the presence of 8 heavy metals in ones water supply. This Osumex test kit also tests positive when mecury leaks from ones amalgam dental fillings into their saliva. I never tried it so I cannot recommend it. To easiest way to start a diet when you have kidney failure to read 10 Step Diet & Lifestyle Plan for Healthier Kidneys Avoid Dialysis ISBN-10: 0615322328. This shows you how to manage blood pressure, protein, potassium, phosphorus, anemia, etc. (See her other books). The third most important book is pH, HCL, and Blood Sugar as Determining Factors in Health and Disease ISBN-10: 0981584047. This book details the relationship of stomach acid (HCL) with E Coil poisoning, anemia p80, antacids p84, excess sodium p88, Vitamin B1 Thiamine decomposition p114. and blood oxygen capacity increase p116. (See his other books). This diet requires Saliva and Urine PH testing. I found Rapid Response Urine Dipstick 10SG 10 parameter - Urinalysis Reagent Strips Bottle of 100 works well. It tests Glucose, Bilirubin, Ketone, Specific Gravity, Blood, pH, Protein, Urobilinogen, Nitrite and Leukocytes. To find out what vitamins and minerals are lost when taking prescriptions see: Supplement Your Prescription: What Your Doctor Doesn't Know About Nutrition ISBN-10: 1591202272. To verify whether or not heavy metals cause high blood pressure and whether or not its removal will help in kidney disease see (dvd) Know Your Options: Heavy Metal Toxicity, THE HIDDEN KILLER. A good source of background information about how heavy metals affect the heart is written in Magnesium the Ultimate Heart Medicine Mark Sircus (Epub format requires free software called Calibre to read on your computer and kindle). See your doctor for questions about pre-dialysis chelation therapy. All information is intended for your general knowledge only and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment for specific medical conditions.

if you have kidney disease you better read this book!
thank god he wrote this book. i thought i was the only one who had a doctor fire me in a formal letter. in my case it was for removing a tumor from my arm that doctors liked to amputate the whole arm to ger rid of. that was 10 or 15 years ago and right now i am tyoing this review using that very arm. i admit that it has a bit of a timing issue so that i get letters mixed up with the ones typed with the other arm that has it's original swift brain to fingers reaction.later when i had a bad knee and the doctor who read the xray told me that ther was nothing i could do but try a few things the did that helped for a while, but in the end i would need a knee replacement. i told him that i would regrow the cartlide. now my knee has been fine for several years, though sometimes i get a bit nervous about injuring it if i don;t be careful getting on the roof or hiking a roudh path, so i do wear an elastic support just to be on the safe side.but what i do know is that people can heal health issues that doctors say can no tbe cured. i have been doing reviews on books i read related to a high blood sugar reading.and ther are very few doctor/writers that ever open their minds to face things different from what they were taguth in medical school.i had fired a doctor that was a bully awho, among other things listed that i had 3rd degree kidney disease, though he had never mentioned it to me, and i never had a symptom of kidney disease, even all my tests showed i was in the range considered normal. i did not waste the time to ask him why, i changed doctors.this is a book by someone who was told he had so long before he would have no choice to go on dialysis by i think 1990, yet he has not done so and is now in the range not considered to have a kidney disease. forgive me if i do not cite his exact words.some of the things he did i accept without question and am doing myself because he made so much sense about other things i knew enough about to know they were good choices.i would have figutred out enough by myself to get my kidneys back to normal, but i will do so faster and easer from having the story of his journey to follow. he had one or two doctors who were on his side, who were willing to not pretend to not see the fact that he was getting better when all are required to say the condition is incurable.who ever you are , and what ever you believe, if you are told you have kidney disease you should read this book and chances are you will find some of his suggestions will give you better test results, and i believe that everyone has a chance to reverse their situation and get better instead of worse. it may be that your doctor is not one who will support your efforts along side what he can do for you that is manistream, which the author also did. but you don;t have to tell that you read the book, say it was a miracle.there ae new ways coming out that seem to do better than traditional treatments for some conditions, and it owuld be a shame to not at least know what they are if it is possible some of them will help you to get btter than you would if you did not know about them. one of them is to never drink anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. i stopped drinking that stuff a decde ago on general principles. the author, Terry, found out fron drinking them again why it was not good to do so, ans stopped for good. i am a person who also learns soeme things serving as a bad example, so i know for a fact they are bad. other things i accept the opinion of people whose judgement i respect based on experience, and save myself a lot of trouble. i got several othe books on kidney stuff that may have been slightly helpful, but this one is the one that showed me clearly what i need to do to get better while nto haviing doctors bully me or scaring me thank you terry!

Sounds a bit crazy but....
I admit to being skeptical and the author does come off a bit OCD and can even sound crazy at times (still trying to figure out his hatred of christians (with a small c) ) but wade through all that and he has some good points and things that actually make sense. My favorite is Dr to not look for a cure, but just want to do treatment (true). Drinking filtered water, stopping allergy pills, Advil and eat veggies with vitamin supplements are all things my Chiropractor suggested and make good sense. I am giving it shot and am confident God has given our bodies healing powers we just have to quit giving it junk and get out of the way.

NOT 'cured' - 'managed'.
His book was an extremely long, repetitive rant. The book could have been 1/4 the size it and still contain plenty of his preferred rant. He often gives conflicting information, saying “do this”, but then describing what he does, and it isn’t that. Also, it is not good for a person with severe kidney disease to take that many supplements, as the damaged kidneys can not handle all that. As far as him ‘curing’ himself, NOT true. A diabetic isn’t ‘cured’ simply because insulin shots brings their blood sugar down to normal, and neither is a persons severe kidney disease ‘cured’ because of large doses of medications and a low protein diet. It is ‘managed’ - not ‘cured’.
