It's quick, easy, and foolproof to prepare using the directions on the container. You will then have a rich brown, thick, gravy that's lump-free with perfect consistency. This delicious gravy can also be thinned by adding a little more water and pairs well with meals year round. The sodium content shows 410mg per serving of 1 tablespoon, so unfortunately not everyone in my home can have this tasty gravy. I don't use this premium mix just for gravy, I also use a little bit as a thickener for my soups, stews, and casseroles; it also adds some flavor. This is a also a very good deal with getting 74 servings out of this 21 oz bottle.
