Great Chair
Very comfy, easy to fit together, came well packaged and extra bolts just incase!

Fine short-term, terrible long-term
At first the chair was exactly what I was after. It was pretty comfortable and seemed stable. A couple of months in (if that) one of the wheels suddenly snapped in half and broke off while I was sitting on the chair. I contacted the seller and was sent a replacement wheel which lasted a further few weeks before doing the exact same thing. No refund has so far been possible for the chair and it is now sitting in my room unable to be used. I suppose I'll be throwing it out soon which is a shame because, as I said, it was comfortable until it borderline collapsed on me.

Comfortable but big
It's huge and padded. I assembled it myself. All the instructions and tools were provided. But its a bit big for my house and table.

best chair ever owned
I have owned many chairs over the years starting with gaming chairs (not the most comforting things) then i changed to office chairs but this one for under £100 damm, i was not expecting this much cushion under my butt, this is the most comfy office chair i have ever owned and my old one needed an update, and for the price i can easily recommend this, especially when it's easy enough to assemble even for women.

Bad quality, rusted and fell apart.
A wheel broke in half around two weeks after purchasing, the inside was full of rust.I contacted support and they offered me £10 back and a new wheel, the wheel would be the exact same faulty kind and take a month to be delivered.I had no message indicating the wheel was shipped and had no refund after 2 more weeks of waiting and had to contact Amazon support to assist.UPDATE:The chair tilt mechanism snapped, turns out the welds on it were also rusty and the whole chair became useless.

Chair came with parts that weren’t finished.
Couldn’t build the chair as the part that attaches to the back of the chair had holes missing where you’re suppose to put screws through.
