Picked up these HypaClens Saline Eye Wash Pods for my first aid kit. They’re compact, clearly labelled, and sealed well — perfect for keeping in the van or workshop just in case. Thankfully, I haven’t had to use one yet (and hope I never do!), but they look clean, sterile, and easy to open in an emergency. The size is ideal for a quick rinse if something gets in your eye. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because I can’t comment on real-world performance yet — but they give confidence that I’m prepared if I ever need them.

Good quality product and good value

It should be noted that the bottle cap does not screw back on after opening. It needs to be kept upright to prevent leaking. I was aware of this point but I notice from the reviews many people are not. The rinse itself works as described.

All good and decent value if you get it at the right price .. seems to yo-yo a bit in Amazon. Always have bottles dotted around my workshop.

Held back the 5th star only because I haven't needed to use one, yet. Eye wash is a critical item for any individual first aid kit (IFAK) and also belongs in your glove compartment and your medicine chest and kitchen cabinet. Getting foreign matter in your eye is painful and it cripples you instantly. Stick your finger in your eye. That's much better! Sterile saline (water) to wash it out is the only ticket. These beautiful ampoules each contain about 2/3 of an ounce of physiological saline, more than enough to wash out an eye or both your eyes, if necessary. I recently got a wood shaving in my eye that would not come out, from sawing branches above my head. I used a bottle of sterile saline a friend gave me to dislodge it. A four ounce bottle, and I used just an eighth of an ounce at most, and then I had to throw the rest away because it was opened and no longer sterile. Buy a box of these. They weigh nothing and take up very little space in your first aid kit or your pack. Give some away to your friends. You almost never need to wash a rock out of your eye. But when you need to, you *really* need to.
