Q: I've been told gtf chromium will lower cholesterol? does anyone know if this is true?

From what I understand,it can help lower your cholesterol but it can take close to a year to see results. Mainly chromium gtf is to help regulate blood sugar levels for those that have insulin resistance or elevated blood sugar but not yet diabetic. Gtf is glucose tolerance formula. Chromium picolinate would be better for cholesterol issues as it has better fat burning qualities. Apple cider vinegar and garlic are good choices for cholesterol and blood pressure lowering and they also come in tablet or pill form.
