Easy install
Fixed both gates in a very short time. All parts were excellent quality. The cable is exceptionally strong and had to use cable cutter to trim it. Expect these improvements will last for the life of the gates and adjustable for future tune ups.

Worked perfectly on a vinyl double gate.
Despite being designed for wood gates, this worked perfectly on my large sagging vinyl double gates. Not even that much tension on the cable, and the price for the 2-pack is a savings over the Everbilt which is identical.

Major issue with this product: there were no instructions of any kind inside the package, on the package, or otherwise. I had to have my phone playing nearby after Googling the item and using other reviews posted to even figure out what the pieces were, let alone try to install it. During and after installation, the product did not perform as delivered, but it's been wound so tightly that I'm afraid to try and remove it.
