Luxury Duck Feather and Down Quilt/Duvet - King Size All Season (4.5 tog + 9 tog) Tog by Viceroybedding

No idea why "lightweight" appears above - it is feather and down and therefore has substance - I want a duvet I can snuggle under and know that I'm warm and cosy. This duvet delivers on all counts. I have other feather and down duvets from Viceroy and they are always a dream come true.

Firstly, thank you to the Amazon community for answering my questions about this product. The quilt arrived packed in a handy zip bag so you can keep either one you are not using packed safely away. Two quilts which are labelled clearly 4.5tog and 9 tog so you cant mix them up. My DH spotted which was which immediately anyway as the 9 tog is clearly more substantial. No smell (as you can get with feather filled items) and no feathers poking through. The quilt puffed up quickly and we had it on the bed the same night. We put the 9tog quilt on as autumn is here now. The quilt felt heavy putting the duvet cover on but in bed it feels very light around you but still warm and snug. Bed still warm half an hour after we got up. This quilt is not noisy (I have heard people mention noise on movement). Just lovely, comfortable, cosy warmth. I have not had my quilt long enough to see what they are like together but given the quality so far I am optimistic. Some negative comments from other buyers about the poppers coming apart when together - again, yet to see and will update.

I'm not really sure where to start. I am very disappointed with the duvet. When it arrived I thought the material was of a good quality. Unfortunately the poppers don't fasten and some were broken. The feathers come out of the material scratching my skin and end up all over the floor in my bedroom. Not one of my best purchases from Amazon. I wouldn't be buying this duvet again.

Lovely quilt. Very warm and lightweight. Haven't needed to add the extra quilt yet as it's very warm. Excellent value for money.

Comes as a two piece Duvet set with the main one as a winter 9 tog and a separate one as a summer duvet at 4.5 tog. It has poppers to secure the two of them together to make a really great 13.5 tog winter duvet if required. So light and comfortable and seems good quality. I used to sweat a lot in a poly duvet but no more with this goose feather and down version. It states duck but mine was goose. Just make sure you are not allergic to feathers as to my surprise it did give me a slight reaction at first with a dry throat and cough. And no it was not Covid19, just my first feather duvet. Just so comfortable and light.

Great value for money, lightweight but lovely and warm

This is really nice and has a really luxurious feel to it. Although I'm updating my review now I've experienced summer and winter. Warm and cosy but actually far too warm in Summer. Doubled up for Winter the duvets togther are heavy but very warm. I've dropped stars because despite asking the question to the manufacturer I cannot tell the difference between the two duvets. Some other reviewers say the same and in answering questions other say check the labels. I'm not that stupid and can assure you they are NOT labelled (not in this case anyway). Having weighed the Duvets both are 2.7kg which makes me suspect they are both 9 tog rather than 1x4tog and 1 x 9tog, otherwise they are very nice but not what I ordered or wanted. Too hot for Summer and too heavy for Winter!

I have tried hanging it out in the air but to no avail. Next thing is to eash it. Have tried to phone for advice but Viceroy do notb answer the phone
