Product is good. Since pandemic I can't find my regular brand of potato dumplings. I Use the directions with using egg to the mix. This makes a large amount of dumplings. Good deal

My family used to get Aunt Julia's old fashioned Klube from North Dakota. I can no longer find it so I tried this klube and found it to be just as good. It has a solid consistency which we like. I had tried another brand before this one and it had more of a gritty consistency, didn't roll into balls as well, fell apart when cooking and wasn't as tasty. I am definitely going to stick with Ragna's.

I followed the directions perfectly, but these dumplings came out soggy and mushy. I taste tested one after adding five minutes to the boiling time (I'm at 5280 ft. altitude and boiling takes longer), but they were still mush. I increased the boiling time by 10 additional and did another taste. Still not right. i put the dumplings in the stew, thinking it would boil for a little longer, but the darn things never did cook on the inside. All you got was a mouth full of mush. I wish there was a note on the box for folks at high altitude to make an adjustment in the cook time. I'll try them one more time, since I bought three boxes, but I don't have much hope. I may just throw the third box out!
