Stopped working.
This electric wine cork puller will not "drill through" a cork on a full charge after 5 months. Our previous one lasted 3 years before it did not have the power to drill through the cork. I would not buy this again.Updated review. The issue with the wine opener was that there was a piece of cork stuck under the lip of tube. The cork screw was not centered and would go down the side of the cork. The tip has quite an angle which sends the cork screw down the side of the cork. For older bottles of wine, it destroys the cork without pulling it out. You end up having to use a manual cork screw to finish the job.I contacted the vendor. The have replaced the product. This one has a better aligned cork screw. Have not used it to pull out an older cork.

My item does not appear to be new!!!
I believe that I received a “used” or “returned” item. I received this today. It was in an unsealed box with no instructions or documentation inside. While it appears to be a well made item, I am disappointed that it does not seem to be new.UPDATED REVIEW: My original item did not appear to be new. Upon seeing the review, the company reached out to me and immediately sent a replacement item, free of charge. Very pleased with the correction and the item.

Great Product - but only for a year. Won't Charge.
I absolutely LOVED this product for its first 10 months -- works exactly as described and added a fun element to opening a bottle of wine -- a real conversation piece among my friends. NICE! But a single year into use, it's failing to charge properly - the LED light flickers on, goes out. charging in-spot not holding for tight charge. having to buy another -- one year is too short a life span.

Nice opener, but.....
I loved this opener in the beginning, however, after a month it wouldn’t charge. I wrote to the distributor and was sent a new one with in a couple weeks. I am hopeful that this one will re-charge after the first charge. The problem with the first one was the charging adapter didn’t line up with the port on the opener. This new one seems to be aligned 😊. Happy the I received a new one.

Cheap. Doesn’t last long
At first it was fantastic and then after about 150 bottles of wine it was no longer any good. The bottom plastic part fell apart unfortunately we had the old type wine opener here that still working fantastic. Thought about buying another one but it’s not a good idea.It needs to be made better.

Makes bottle opening easy
I bought this as a gift for a friend. She kept admiring mine so I bought her one. Its very easy to use. Charge it, put it over the top of an unopened wine bottle and once it pulls the cork out then press the button to release the cork.You get quite a few uses in between charges. Good value and great product!

This product is a lemon do not buy!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The video speaks for itself. After one month the product failed. The automatic reversal system which reverses the cork out of the bottle doesn't work. Contacted seller and was told to send Order # and video of the problem. Seller has gone silent. Here is the video of this defective product. Strong DO NOT BUY!

Base broke less than one year
FYI the base/foil cutter broke in half. Purchased 11/20. The opener works fine. Probably moot since it appears it's no longer for sale.
