No bad aftertaste.Noticed increase in brain activity, memory.If I stop using, joints become more painful. Because I don't eat fish, I'll be on this one for life :)

This product arrived in good time, well packed and good value. I bought it after watching a TV programme presented by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall about Fishing. The evidence for the good effect of Omega 3 fish oils was very compelling for the treatment of joint pain etc. Krill oil was particularly recommended because of its purity. It is not cut with other less concentrated oils. There is no after taste like that which can occur with Cod Liver Oil. Does it work ??? I believe I am experiencing some slight improvement in movement without aches and pains, but I am going to try it for one year to get a firm opinion on the benefits or otherwise.

These are good if you suffer with Rheumatoid or heart condition, but always check with your doctor or chemist before purchasing.

I'm really not sure about Krill yet. I don't feel any different and my joints ache every bit as much. I'm considering trying them for another month ,but I'm not happy about spending money on a product that doesn't suit me.

Have been taking Krill oil for 12 months now and it has held my cholesterol at a reasonable level so I have avoided taking the dreaded statin! I would recommend trying it as an alternative, everyone is different, but it works for me.
