The pillow works great! It is very firm and the rectangle shape allows for a sturdy support.

Its great if you are a tiny person, but a big person just flattens it out. Its also so long that us short legged people have no more room to give.

The pillow arrived in a nice black/white company box. Its obvious that they take pride in every avenue of their company name. The pillow itself is also black & white & rectangular box shaped. It has a thick & stretchy pillow case/cover that zips up around a *firm memory foam type cushion.I was really excited to receive this pillow due to the fact that I have many issues that I have deal with concerning my body. Pain is a huge one that I suffer through everyday. I’m always on the look out for ways to ease/stop it. This is where this pillow comes into play. I decided to try it out first on my bed. I wanted to see how well it worked. Well, this took a bit of time. A leaning curve was needed. This isn’t your typical pillow where you just site straight down upon it. You need to position it a bit lower down your bottom/leg area so that it fully supports your body evenly. When you do so, it is extremely comfortable & helps to relieve painful issues. One being sciatica.I’ve been using this pillow for around a month now & it has hardly lost any shape whatsoever. What little it did change was to conform to my form. Iol I sit on this pillow every single day anywhere from 5-8+ hours. Unlike most pillows that I’ve have tried, it has Not flattened out in any way! Quite impressive!Pros: - Machine Washable - Easy to Clean - Water Resistant - Non-Slip Bottom - Supports up to 240lbs - Ultra Comfort - Retains Shape - Easy to Carry Handle - Nice Stretchy Cover with ZipperCons: - There is a strong learning curve. More instructions would be helpful. - It is shipped using the company box so if you wanted to keep it private, that needs to be addressed.Overall, this a very well made pillow that helps with issues like mine. I know that it is for surgery recovery but that doesn’t mean that it can’t help the many other issues that require good support. I am glad I got this & recommend giving it a try. Just remember to be patient & make sure you try sitting lower on the pillow that a normal one. Instructions are included. Shalom ;O)

As a software developer, I spend most of my day sitting in front of the computer. Over time, I've realized that inadequate seating arrangements and poor ergonomics have led to soreness in my legs and rear area. This prompted me to search for different types of cushions that could alleviate these regular discomforts. Among all the options I tried, the Holocomfort Pillow is a commendable choice for my situation (not sure about using it post operation though - see below).What I find particularly appealing about this product is its softness. It is made of a very soft memory foam that provides an excellent feeling of comfort and is pleasant even after long hours of continuous sitting. Although it doesn't have designated indents for tailbone support, that hasn't been a problem so far as its not one of my pain points. Its unique design that doesn't run all the way to the back of my knee has surprisingly shown promising results in terms of bettering my circulation and reducing overall discomfort.The only downside I can mention is related to its size. Due to the pillow's considerable thickness, it often takes extra effort to position it centered whenever I sit down. However, the issue is fairly minor considering the overall functionality and the comfort it provides. I am particularly fond of this pillow for its ability to assist my daily change in seating as it is quite different from the rest. I'll be sure to update my review if I come across any bumps in the road with this new favorite in my cushion rotation.

I got this not for surgery but for our pet on our road trip. I know it sounds crazy but it fits/works perfectly for our traveling pet. Our pet likes to straddle/surf the center console to look out in our Tesla. The Holocomfort BBL pillow is the perfect width to wedge between the back seat and the console. Its length gives more spread for her to lay securely in front of the A/C vents without falling off the edges. Underneath has nubby grips so it won't slide underneath her. The cushion has a stiff softness feel yet firm so she can stand on it without wobbling too much. The cushion cover zips off so that it can be washed. I'd wash in delicate/handwash/gentle cycle with cool water and air dry. The zipper was a be "testy" and kept getting stuck when trying to zip/unzip as it's a nylon zipper so I probably won't be unzipping and washing the cover that often-maybe use just a damp microfiber cloth to clean off. It's exactly what I wanted to use it for and it performs as it should for our pet. So if you have a Tesla and a pet that console surfs then the Holocomfort BBL pillow might be something to look into. Aside from my use for the BBL pillow, it's a quality pillow, that stays secure, and looks sleek.
