My mother loved receiving a picture of her own mother on Mother’s Day. Came out great and I wouldn’t mind ordering it again. Bought this for my girlfriend, she absolutely loves her cat. Comes with multi colored lights and a usb cord, you do have to supply your own adapter. Seen many of these things, really doesn’t seem to matter what the picture is. They really nail it. Would recommend to anybody looking for a gift or keepsake

The quality is excellent and the size is perfect. It's such a beautiful crystal and my wife loved it as a mother's day gift. Can't recommend it enough, a very sweet and nice way of materializing photos!

Quality details but I don't recommend buying the base with this item. I purchased an led base separately for a fraction of the cost. LED base helps you see the image clearly in darker areas that aren't brightly lit. Appearance was sharp and weight is great but bases are definitely a rip off - purchase separately. Size is adequate.

Lindo en verdad

I ordered this as a gift to a friend that lost two of her friends recently. I love the crystal and the photo but the inscription had a crack below it inside the crystal and I didn't have time to return it or ask for a new one as I was flying out a couple days after it arrived and was giving it to her then. I'm not sure how to contact the seller and I don't want to post the picture here because it's too personal. I tried to chat with someone online to report the problem but it kept me going in circles and never connected me with a chat agent. I do love it but would have rather it not had the crack. I'm not sure how to contact the seller?

Glass came in a nice box. I got the glass as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. I recently made her a new grandma so I chose a picture of her and the baby to be engraved. Great quality glass. All in all, very cute gift. She liked it a lot.
