I've had this for five days and it's remarkable. The first day I struggled a bit with it, but figured out the settings needed to be quite a bit higher than my height to give a hand's width gap from the floor to my butt. After that, it works wonders.I tried it on my bed but it just seemed too unstable. So I use the floor. I used to do exercises on the floor with a ball. It would take me a few minutes to get up from the floor due to severe back pain. It's still painful to get onto the floor. But no kidding, after I use this, I actually do a push up to get off the floor, instantly, pain free. It still completely shocks me that I'm able to do that. I've done this 4 days in a row. It's really incredible.Now that I have the height adjusted correctly and am used to using it, it is comfortable, gentle and relaxing. I only spend about 5 minutes stretching on it. And I like using it, especially knowing I will be out of severe pain and have some range of motion restored for a few hours at a time. Hopefully with repeated use, severe back pain and loss of mobility won't be an issue for me at all.It came earlier than expected, the box was in perfect condition and the packing and items looked new. The instructions were pretty easy to understand. Took me about 30 minutes to assemble. The ropes were already attached, which was helpful, but I had to undo one section I put together because the ropes ended up being crossed. But it was easy to redo.Quick to set up each time and folds up easily.At the recommendation of a chiropractor, I used an inversion table for a few years. It always hurt my ankles, and my back still hurt after I got off. I finally got rid of it. The Spine Wizard Back Stretcher doesn't hurt anything, it's gentle, and I feel better after using it. I wish I had this years ago.

The spine machine is spectacular, i'm a busy Air conditioning technician and don't have time to write reviews, but my back feels exceptionally pain-free. This machine has truly taken the pressure off of my lower back. It was easy to assemble and I use the settings for my height and I use it daily for 15 minutes each day and my back has truly been pain-free. When I go up into residential attics to work on heaters and air conditioners I have to become a contortionist bending in all sorts of directions. After work my back feels like needles are stuck all in the lower portion. This spine back machine has changed everything, now I'm able to work pain-free and I don't hesitate to go up in an attic to perform my job. This machine is a part of my daily routine and I am so happy to have it.

I was disappointed overall. While the Wizard is well made , But by not being able to keep your legs from sliding down I wasn't able to maintain the stretch for my lower back.

The screws holding the metal bracket to the wood immediately bent and pulled out the moment i put my legs into the supports. Im 230lbs. Its rated for 300lbs. This should not be made out of wood.

Great Customer Service emailed a question and got a fast honest response - I have an inversion table which I like but decided to give SW a try and ordered it on Amazon and the delivery was very fast. It is easy to put together and I have used it 4 days now and it does definitely help with out the pull in some areas the inversion table gives me which is good for my situation. I think in the long run the SW will really do my back some good. Good Purchase

this is a great product for me! - I live in a small place and space is limited and a back swing device like a "Teeter" takes up too much space - plus this devise is specific to stretching my low back unlike a back swing that clamps onto my ankles and stretches my knees before stretching my low back - I really like this item!

I have suffered from back pain for the last 10 years. After using The Spine Wizard, my sciatic nerve pain has subsided and I no longer wake up in the morning unable to move. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from back pain. Less expensive and less dangerous than inversion tables. Thanks again!
