Usable but unreadable.
Although each set of resistors have thier value written. The problem is that the values are written by hand. Most of the time that is not the problem, but in these few times where the values are unreadable you might need a multi meter.

Tollerance is not 1%
I received the box yesterday evening. The description says that the tollerance is 1% however I have just checked various resisitors. The tolerance is more than 1%.
