The material is good quality but it only stays cool for aproximatly 40 minutes.

This is useless in the state of Texas or similar weather states. I froze 2 of these for about 2-3 days in preparation for when I needed them. In an air conditioned car it barely survived the 20 min drive to my destination before I actually started using it. And once I put it on(I was in the shade in 91/92 degree weather, it's technically not hot weather for us Texans just yet) and the cold or even cooling factor lasted 20 min outside of that. Purchase at your own risk. You could use a cooler to recool it maybe but I'd rather just use the cooling towel at that point. I also wish it had clips, it'd be easier to put on.

I first assist in the OR and this helps keep me cool. It's good enough for a 30 min cesarean section but doesn't last longer than that.

This vest lives up to it's description well. I have MS and it makes being outside in hot weather nearly impossible due to a heat intolerance. This vest allowed me to be outside comfortably for nearly 45 minutes--a record for me. It really does stay cool a long time (longer than 45 mins, but I got too hot regardless) and all you do is put it in the freezer a few hours before wearing it. The gel is nice because it doesn't get hard like some other cooling products I've tried, so it's easy to move around in. The sizing is nice too because it fits most people with the adjustable straps.

This vest is great! It seems to be made with top quality products and put together nicely. It works very well keeping me cool in a hot work environment. You get a little wet from it melting but if your in a hot area it is not so bad. I recommend this if your anywhere you are over heated for prolonged period of time. 5 out of 5 stars!!! ★★★★★

This vest works well, for a short amount of time. Cools well, for about 15-20 minutes.It’s also a bit uncomfortable since condensation soaks you after just a couple of minutes.

I liked it. Kept me cool. It didn’t fit what I needed though. When this thaws you have to put it back in freezer which takes a while to get cold again. So either when I’m out in up to 117 heat or in hot warehouses for up to 10 hrs. without it or have to buy multiple ones. So I sent back to buy one that I could get one that had packs and could bring extra cold packs and swap them out when they get warm.

It's really cold, fits very well, and last for a couple hours, I love it!!
