This bookstand is tough, lightweight, and amazingly adjustable. I particularly like the fact that this thing can spin around right round right round round. Check it - You know that person in school or in the office who must know what you are reading? Yeah, that person. Well, now you don't have to close the book or anything. Just spin this bad boy around and show them the written word and swivel it back around. But the problem will now be the bazillion questions about the bookstand, which may or may not drive you batty. Either way, this bookstand is really awesome, well made, and it'll hold your book pages firmly in place better than that insecure office man (YOU KNOW WHICH ONE) trying to He-Man-hand-shake your hand at the company meeting trying to prove the point that he isn't insecure. But we know he is.

I’ve bought two of these now and really like them! They’re pretty sturdy, it has a little bit of wobble but it hasn’t been an issue, the material is high quality and nothing has broken yet. They fold down flat to about the same width as a 300 pg book, so I can store them vertically on my shelf. I like to use these for drawing, writing, and holding up my computer when I’m on video calls. It does get a little wobbly if you’re typing, but I don’t usually type a lot while it’s on the stand so it isn’t an issue for me. The base is slim enough that I can balance the stand on my couch and use it while sitting on the couch or even balanced on my leg if needed. I’ve even travelled with it and it fit nicely in my backpack so I always have a hard surface to put my sketchbook on. I also use it to hold up my notebooks on my desk which helps free up space on my desk plus I can store small things underneath it when it’s up.

I bought this to hold my cookbooks while I'm cooking and hardback books I reference while I'm writing. This is the perfect solution. Stiff and sturdy so it doesn't wobble and I feel comfortable even using it for my heavier books and Bibles while I'm working. Moves up and down and turns for perfect height and vantage point. Good value for the price.

This book stand is very nice. It is sturdy and I use it every day. It can hold heavy books open. I like how it moves easily and you can adjust the height.

It might seem very stiff when you use it for the first time,but once you start to use/move it, it is no longer stiff.It's light, easy to adjust and rotate yet sturdy.Really liking it so far.

Very sturdy including with very thick (over 1000 pages) books although a slightly deeper shelf might be helpful.
