Mediocre and way overpriced
I purchased the 2 NY strip and 2 ribeye bundle. They all looked amazing and I couldn't wait to grill them. Well the strip steak had a lot of fat and gristle; way too much for this price point and quality. Once I dissected the bad stuff out I had roughly 3/4 of the steak left. There were some good bites but overall very disappointing. The ribeye I had today was even worse with more gristle/fat. These steaks are definitely substandard and not worth the price and I feel ripped off. I would never buy from this place again. The name of the company should not be grumpy butcher but grumpy customers.
