Q: So this is ok to use instead of coating parts in atf when rebuilding a honda trans? valve bodies ok to use this?

Personally I use this to hold seal rings in place and to lubricate clutch piston seals and seal rings and the corresponding bore. I'd use the recommended fluid , lubricant etc. when doing valve bodies. When I use this stuff I don't get crazy with it and have globs of it in the trans, just enough to do what I want to get done.

All depends how hot it is in your area, blue if cold green if hot.

Hello, To Answer Your Question, The Lubegard Is Used For Assembly Purposes Only. So Yes When Your Are Installing The Slip Yoke You Can Use It. However, If Your Slip Yoke Requires Lubrication I Would Recommend You Check With The Vehicle Manufactures Lubrication Guide For Your Specific Vehicle For The Proper Lubrication Of Your Part.

Yes, i have used it on rebuilding many things like vacuum pump on Cummings diesel, power steering pumps, and anywhere a oring is used.
