Weak steam
It works but the steam is weak, retuning and looking for another brand. The lid has no lock so I’m higher settings the steam also come out from the lead, so there is not enough pressure on the house.

So far so good-remote failed
Love the steamer because it has Manual option but remote stopped one week after purchase. Box arrived opened unsure why. So far so good.

Good Machine but need more water
Used this for our in-home sauna. worked great but needed a larger water capacity to get the desired steam/ time in the sauna.

Will output a good amount of steam in a small space - takes a while to get going
The media could not be loaded. I'm using this in a small bathroom to create a pseudo-steam room, and it would work equally well in an enclosed shower. Of course you need access to electricity, but make sure the power cord connections are outside of any wet areas!Getting steam is the equivalent of boiling a big pot of water, so it does take 15 or so minutes to get rolling.

I was expecting more
I took it in the shower and sealed off everything, but I did not feel like it was steamy. You can see the steam all over, but it’s not anywhere near satisfying

It takes a very long time to heat up.
Definitely something you need to plan a hour ahead of time to do because that’s is at least how long it will take to steam up.

Fogging Function is Fabulous!
I have a portable sauna and the steam pot generator that came with it was very disappointing. So I upgraded and ordered the 800W Rapid Heat Sauna Steam Pot Generator with Steam Fogging Function and here's the verdict:As a 1-5 star rating comparison, the prior one was a 1-star and this one is a 5-star - and heres' why:Unlike the other one, this one actually produces steam. I timed it and it took 15 minutes for the pot to become warm enough to generate steam - which is stated in the owner manual so on par with performance. The fogging function works exceptionally well. With the fogging feature off, there is minimal steam. Press the button and the magic happens and steam is generating out of the Herbal box. That was pretty impressive.I gave this a full inspection and did the things it recommends not to do in effort to verify safety. I filled past the fill line just to see what would happen - and it worked fine. It didn't spill over or create any issues (although I don't recommend doing so).I was curious because with my other steam pot, the lid twisted on to secure and if it wasn't twisted on, the heat just didn't make it through the tubes into the sauna. The Hapyvergo brand doesn't secure so wasn't sure how it would contain the heat - but it does. I opened the lid just to see (which it states not to do) and you can see the water boiling but no spillage or flash burn.On the "Herbal Box" where the steam comes out of in the sauna, I put my face up close just to see the tolerance level and no facial burns or issues. So the safety rating is exceptionally high. However, similar to the other one, it just takes time for it to generate the heat level in the sauna so give yourself a good 30 minutes to turn on before expecting to go in the sauna and feel like you are in a sauna. This one did heat up faster though. Also, I recommend to not turn on the fogging feature until you are actually in the sauna just to minimize condensation in the portable sauna. The remote works great and very easy to use.I compared this steamer with an even higher-level steam generator and this one worked just as good. I can't say enough good things about the fogger function.

Its a steamer alright
I ordered this completely misunderstanding the use and would say that I may need get to the charity pile. I don't have a spa to try this but I am tempted to try to see if produces enough steam to make my own home/spa using odd/ends of what I think I can create a real home/spa. WIsh I could give more on this besides it does have some nice features and if sitting in a spa and able to control the steam with the remote is a great idea I have ony seen them in displays and they all have timers knobs.
