HERES A REVIEW FOR YA CAT LOVERS
Everything works great but limited odor control but I got some deodorizer to help ….. as I was having a hard time from the lack of odor control..Update: SELLER reached out trying to help resolve my issue! Really appreciate that!, like I said everything else works great, it looks good, it’s quiet, you also can set the time when you want it to scoop after the cat is done with it so that’s a pro! It’s easy to clean! And to me the tray basket is a good size. My black cat likes jumping in it to do her thing !! I like every other feature, works great ! The only thing is it has limited odor control but if you’re fine with that, good for ya! Hopefully they can upgrade that soon. Thanks for trying to help resolve it! gave it more ratings for customer service! So far working without my deodorizer to help control the odor! Once we move in our home , it should work great to put it outside in deck that that has open air outside or laundry room and make her a little cat doorIt came in a bag so don’t mind the bag on the top to protect it from scratches and the cat mat just incase she wants to jump up there

Stopped working after 2 months
When we bought this, we were very happy. It was working fine, cleaning and refilling was easy. There's an app that tracks how often the litter box is used, how often it should be cleaned, etc. Seemed pretty great. However, after two months, just after the refund period, it has become a nightmare. This is not an exaggeration--everyday, every time my cat uses this litter box, it will stop working halfway through the clean cycle. It goes from a white light to a blinking red when the waste moves, making the unit pause -- but then the light goes red and it just stays stuck like that. The ONLY way to get it to finish the cycle is to unplug and replug the power. This has led to several accidents in the night, where my cat will not be able to use the litter box because it got stuck while we were sleeping. We do not overfill, the unit is clean so the censors are clear, and we clean out the bottom tray twice a week because it starts to stink regardless of the odour cancelling cube. Also, it's ALWAYS on sale with a $100-200 coupon. The customer service just wastes your time asking that you clean the unit, send photos, send personal info and THEN states that they will have someone "service" the litter box remotely. How is someone going to remotely to fix the litter box? That doesn't make sense, unless it's purposely set to stop working. Then, after a few days of not respondingbecause it "takes time for a tech to figure out the issue remotely", they ask for information on where you live, etc because they will somehow send someone over to fix the motor. Uh, no? I do not want a stranger coming to my home. There is no reason this litter box would be having this issue.

Affordable No Scoop Option for Busy Cat Parents
I got a really good price on the Petree Automatic Cat Litter Box on Black Friday 2023. I paid about $360.00 with a coupon and the Black Friday discount.Considering the prices and features of about 10 different brands, I chose this one as it seemed to tick all the boxes for the features that I deemed important….Safety, performance, and affordability. This product had about a 4 1/2 star rating and I read as many reviews as I possibly could on this particular unit before making my decision.I ordered my unit on Nov24th and received the delivery on Nov 30th, I paid zero for shipping. Considering I paid nothing for shipping, my package came pretty quick!I received my package with no damage :)The delivery was just a couple hours late, but I was able to track my package and I was not concerned with the timing of the delivery. I did received a small credit on my Amazon account credit card for the delivery timing issue without even asking for a credit so I thought that was a great business practice and just one more reason I really like shopping with Amazon! This product was extremely easy to remove from the box. It’s not heavy at all!The product was packaged well with great cushioning so the parts were not damaged. My package contained all the necessary pieces with nothing missing. All parts in the package were in new condition. To my surprise, set up was a breeze! My set up went something like this: 1) I took everything out of the box.2) I inspected all the parts to make sure everything was there, and that there was no damage.3) I slid the cover off the top of the unit.4) I slid back the ball cage pin. (which is literally a piece of plastic that you slide back to allow you to lift the ball cage out.)5) I took the ball cage out, set aside.6) I lifted the base off the floor.7) I pushed the legs into the bottom of the base (no tools needed)8) I put the base back down on the floor and reinstalled the ball cage9) I slid the ball cage pin forward to lock the ball cage in place10) I replaced the cover11) I plugged the cord into the unit and plugged the cord into the electrical socket on the wall12) the unit powered on. I pressed the button once, and it cycled through. My kitty explored the new cat toilet immediately.I took my kitty and placed her in her carrier while I cycled the unit several more times to see how it reacted to my approaching the unit just making sure it was doing what it should do before I let my kitty explore further.I put some litter in the new unit (there is a there is a max fill line in the bottom) and cycled it several times manually by pressing the button. The max fill line is a little difficult to see because it’s the same color as the bottom of the litter pan. However, if you look at it closely, you’ll find that you can just fill the cat litter to about 1 inch (all the way around) to the top of the silicone litter pan and you’ve got the right amount of litter. All of the sensors were working properly and the unit cycled properly when I pressed the button.I let my kitty out of her carrier to try her new cat toilet. I kept her old litter box down only for one day and she took right to using the new cat toilet! (My kitty is 4 months old)My kitty kept interrupting cycle, just out of curiosity. I distracted her by calling her for a treat, playing with toys or grooming her with her brushes to keep her interested in something other than what the cat toilet was doing.By the third time she used the cat toilet, she was no longer interested in what it was doing after she did her business. One thing that I cannot currently write a review on is the Tuya Smart app and the functions within the app. I currently don’t have Wi-Fi so I can’t use the app at this point. The instructions that were included with the unit did not seem to have a lot of information about the Tuya Smart app. So I did a quick search on YouTube and found a very good video that will help me once I do get Wi-Fi.Here is the link to the video that I thought would be most helpful to connect to the Tuya Smart app with Wi-Fi:https://youtu.be/c4mrq6INhck?si=-x-Es7BAgo4nq82GI did go through the motions of trying to connect the unit to Wi-Fi and I found under the small appliances tab the cat toilet, which is what I think you would connect this unit as.I can’t speak yet about how it might save in the use of litter or how many times I have to empty the drawer because I have not had enough time to use the unit but I do plan on updating this review in the future with some of that information.I did purchase additional pan liner bags and additional deodorizer box designed for this unit. I am exploring more economical options as substitutes and will update my findings later down the road.Overall, I think this is a safe, functional and affordable option for those cat parents who just don’t have time for scooping. I do recommend this product at this time. I hope that what I have discovered so far helps other cat parents :)

App isn't very good but works ok so far
I've had this for a month now and so far it's okay. My biggest complaint is the app. It's not very user friendly at all and I don't really understand the controls. Very obviously Chinese translated. What's the difference between "frequency" and "times"? And who cares about the "cabin temperature"? I also have it set to notify me when the bin is full but it never does, it sends the notification in the app but I don't see it unless I think to actually go into the app itself to look. If you want them to send you a text to tell you it's full you have to pay a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE for that feature which is ridiculous. I went to check on the robot today because it said the globe was caught in the upside down position, so I emptied the bin, put it back and then pushed the button to reset it. It would be nice to be able to tell the app that the problem was solved manually so it can reset, because right now it still thinks there's a malfunction. On the app the picture of the bin is red but nothing tells you why that is or how to make it go back to gray. Idk. The machine functions as it is supposed to but the app needs a lootttt of work.
