Review: Fixing unit with screw useless. Keeps snapping - This design is flawed. The clip that holds the unit the tiny back fixing. ( that you screw on ) keeps snapping..so unit becomes unstable. Used 4 times & snapped. Don't waste money .it was £18 down the drain..

**Q: What size is the screw that secures it?**
A: The screw we use for the back of the remote is the M3-0.5 x 8. I got that info straight from their customer service.

**Q: I purchased the 2 year warranty and need a replacement part. Do i contact Amazon or the seller, i don't see anywhere to message the seller**
A: I would contact Amazon but the eCollar company themselves are awesome and very easy to work with.

**Q: Can extra clips be purchased for multiple receivers?**
A: Yes they can, the problem I had with them is they would break and you’d drop the remotes, so I stopped buying them. They are basically cell phone belt clips.

**Q: The piece that's breaking looks like something I can make in aluminum. How's the rest of it or can you even tell before that part breaks?**
A: Ive had mine break twice.  Dont think Im very hard on it.  Its the small round plastic circular part the screw goes thru.

I use this product every day but in less than a year I had to order another one. The connection point that goes into the saddle becomes week with time and breaks off. Other than that it is very useful and I like it because I use it every day with my service dog
