Q: Are there any terminals inside? I would rather install my own power cable into this power distribution strip.

Never had mine apart but the build quality is high and the fitted cable is up to the job. The only issue I had was that I needed to hacksaw a shaving from the rack ears, they were slightly wide for my rack case (5 min job). It is a nice product.

Q: Can you rotate the ear to mount under desk?

If your question is about the mounting tabs on either side, then the simple answer would be no. This is made to fit in a 19" rack mount and the construction of the casing is metal and is reasonably robust. You could possibly engineer it to suit your needs, but seems like a lot of effort to me. Probably better of searching for a small 19" rack mounting kit that could be attached somehow to the underside of the desk to take this or my preferred solution is a table top rack mounting solution.

Q: Is the mains cable cable built in or is it a kettle lead

The socket strip is pre-wired complete with attatched mains lead. Nice product! Note: was tight on my racks but just filed the ears down a little.

Q: What's the maximum power this unit supports? - I have 5 servers that draw 1kw each, will it be enough for 5000 watt?

I am not a professional electrician so keep that in mind when considering the following advice. There is no wattage rating on my unit, but the spec says its 13amp. Maximum wattage is voltage x amps. The maximum is always going to be no more than 3kw for a single input into the ring main 13amp sockets. ope that is of some help
