Cardamom Seeds 100g

I was spending so much time removing seeds from pods... These beautiful, fragrant and delicious seeds are of a high quality. As well as for creamy curries I add them to kafir or yoghurt, alond with turmeric and cumin, and to hot chocolate and chocolate desserts with cinnamon and chilli powder. Cardamom is my number one favourite spice.

I could smell the wonderful aroma of these even before I opened the parcel. These are fresh and zingy, and the cardamom flavour really shines through any dish you add it to. So fragrant. It’s one of my favourite aromatics and I bake cakes and bread with it as well as curries. These pack a punch - my cardamom cake has never tasted better!
