Purchased May 2024, first few months ok but since then it has needed to be re-tightened several times at the base. Not sure why but it must be the threads used to tighten the tap to the granite worktop, very frustrating, you think you’ve tightened it as hard as you can then weeks later the whole thing begins to wobble ! Also there is no longer one stream of water coming from the tap, there is 2 despite pressing the button on the side of the tap constantly ! Awful quality, it’s going !! 😤

Like colour and clean lines. Easy practical to use. Makes sink look modern and elegant . Great tap!

I'm in a rental so it was a quick fix. The hose is quite rigid, and will not retract easily. I had to push it back a few times to make sure it will fit properly. The U-neck feels flimsy like it will eventually break from the base, so when pulling the hose out, i suggest you support the neck as well. For the price, it is not expensive and it still looks better than the original faucet that came with the apartment.
