Exactly as described
First ever balloon garland and this kit made it super easy! Backdrop is still a work in progress in the photo but balloons are done. We didn’t need purple or green for our purpose. If we had used them it would have been a lot fuller! Loved the glue dots, easy to add in balloons for filler. Did not use the giant balloons, just too big for our setup.(Definitely get an electric pump to blow up your balloons.)

Balloons
Some are transparent, but if you double stuff them, they’re perfect! I used two sets to make this garland. The swirls are a separate set that I ordered.

Not bright white or as "pearly" as the images in the description
Quick to ship, quality seems good. Unable to return since I had to blow up a few to try to verify color.

I don't recommend
Many of the balloons weren't able to fully inflate and the larger ones all popped but 2. Complete waste as I had to underinflate most of them.
