Glad I Purchased This
I'm a big fan of Jamie Oliver and also a big fan of Uncle Roger (YouTube cooking "expert"). These two have a long-standing "feud" about using chili jam in fried rice. I couldn't find the product at my local grocery, so I ordered it from Amazon. I use it in all sorts of "stir fry" dishes, and really like it with shrimp. Is it authentic? Who knows. Is it yummy? YES!

Jam tastes great I love it a lot and I'm trying to save it though I know I'm going to eat through it pretty quickly

An acquired taste
I decided to try Tracklements Chilli Jam after seeing a video online about it (I blame Uncle Roger for this purchase). This certainly seems like one of those "acquired taste" products as I'm still struggling to find a food combination that works well with this jam. The slight sweetness mixed with a slight heat from the peppers, makes it a bit difficult to pair it with foods that can benefit from the jam.

VERY expensive. But delicious!
Didn't realize the jar was going to be so small. (American here, not used to metric system.) By far the most expensive condiment I've ever purchased!!! (Let's hear it for import duties.) A wee taste proved LOTS of fabulous flavor, however. And it's very, very fresh. January 2026 expiration date. Nice! And it arrived very carefully-packed. Seller/shipper gets kudos for freshness and package security! Bought it to use in some simple Jamie Oliver recipes. At just 2 tsp per application, it should last awhile. It had better! LOL

Very delicious chilli jam
First time purchasing this chilli jam and was really surprised how good it is. I was planning to buy this once and thats it but now I want more. The only negative thing about this product is the cost. I know it's from England but almost $17 for 8.8oz jar seems pricey to me. I hope I can find another supplier with better prices or a sale.

Little bit of heat...great taste
I use this chili jam when making tofu fried rice. I place in a wok with evoo, with scallions and pre cooked rice. Use 2 tablespoon full of the jam. Break two eggs and mix 1/2 of firm tofu. So good
