I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now and it’s been a game-changer! I usually use it right before I go to the gym and I’ve seen a very noticeable difference in my energy while I’m there. I go to the gym after work, so I’m pretty exhausted by the time I get there but this has given me an uptick in energy to get my workouts done without feeling all groggy. I’ve also recently started using it before work to help kickstart my day. Another big plus is that it tastes amazing, kind of like a honey-ish flavor. I’ve just been taking it by itself but you can definitely mix it in with food and drinks if you want to! I’ll definitely be using this product for a while.

I thought I would try this mushroom tincture with Yerba. I have tried other tinctures before but this one does not have that bitter taste like the others and is has completely clean ingredients. It has a pleasant taste and doesn’t need a chaser to swallow it down. Best of all is the subtle energy boost it gives. It’s not like a caffeine rush but a clean subtle increase in energy without the jitters. Love it! Just purchased another of Vital Labs tinctures to try.

I have been simply adding this supplement to my coffee each morning for the last month, and wow. I have noticed a substantial improvement in my daily mood, especially in the morning-afternoon period for work. I have increased energy, but not like a caffeinated energy, more of a clean energy that I can feel when I’m doing tasks or making decisions. I have also been able to avoid the morning fog that I used to struggle with. I have a hard time seeing myself no longer use this product, and will definitely be purchasing more!

I’m not a big review person, BUT I was feeling so down and sleepy every single day!!!! And so I went on the search for something to give me some energy as I work long hours, so I ordered this and didn’t really have high hopes but after about 3 days I noticed I wasn’t complaining about being sleepy I didn’t nap I felt great, I was getting a lot of stuff done that I had been putting off because of feeling sluggish, I just wish I could buy it in a bigger bottle!! Lol
