The media could not be loaded.  For the price it's pretty good for the upper to lower back, or using it hand held when removed from the base, for other body parts, even a gentle face massage. Also the suction cup failed after 2 hours on a mirror. It still works but I wouldn't leave it up for too long after your session. I included a video because the instructions are incomplete.

Good quality, nice to have options, sometimes loses its suction but generally decent.

I got this in the hopes of giving my hands a rest after my wife's pregnancy messed up her back, requiring frequent massages. While this works pretty well, there are some pros and cons to it.Pros:- It can be used independently with the suction cup (which works well enough on the right surfaces) or, while not designed this way, can be used as a handheld unit if removed form the suction cup base.- The 2 included balls provide very different types of relief. The metal ball can be heated in hot water or cooled in the freezer to help deliver heat or cool to the muscles. The resin ball has slightly more friction, so it helps stretch out larger muscles.- It actually helps my wife's back feel better!Cons:- The instructions aren't great. There's no indication of how to remove the retainer ring that must be removed to swap the balls. It took me a few minutes to figure out it unscrewed, since there's no real seam or grip enhancer on the ring to indicate it should be unscrewed.- Even though I've found a way to use it as a handheld unit, it wasn't intended to be used this way, and as such it isn't very ergonomic. It can cause some strain on the hand to hold it when using it this way. This isn't the fault of the item, more of an observation.This massage roller has helped save my hands, even just a little bit, while I help my wife recover. To that effect, it's worth every penny!
