First, I would like to say that these lights are amazing. They look very elegant and well made. I like them so much that I was planning on to order one or two more units. However, it was disappointing that one of the three glass shades was cracked. In the product description, the SELLER requests to be contacted, rather than returning the unit. But they provide no information as to their contact information. So it appears that it's impossible to communicate with this seller. Hence only 3 stars, even though the product itself is 5 stars. Amazon website is absolutely garbage in this regard as well. There was a time when one could chat with a live person or talk to someone on phone. But no more. And try as hard as one may, there is no way to connect with the seller. Amazon help line just keeps going in circles with pre-loaded useless dropdown choices, with no option to send a message to the seller. As much as I love this product, seems like my only choice is to return the unit. Disgusting indeed! More so with Amazon, rather than the Seller. It goes to prove that bigger and more successful a business organization gets, less responsive to customer needs it becomes. Which ultimately leads to its demise
