The media could not be loaded.  Appearance was great but the 6" candles were deformed before I could even use them. The flicker of the light is realistic enough to give that real candle glow. Nice varaition of height. Outer wax appearance is nice but will obviously melt if it's to hot.

Really liked the candle. Looked so nice. Lasts a long time so you aren’t constantly replacing batteries. I got mine in green so I could get ready to represent for Eagles football. 💚💚🦅🦅

they work great but the tallest one broke because it's fragile.

I reached out through Amazon CS regarding the remote missing. I sent the message on Friday night a short while after I took delivery. It is now the following Tuesday and I have heard nothing from the company. The candles work but it would be wonderful to not have retrieve a step stool twice every evening to turn them on and off. My price comparison was made off of all parts included and this one missing the remote makes this piece extremely overpriced.UPDATE: Heard from the company 1 week later asking if I would still like the remote. I will update if/when it arrives.UPDATE: Company stated the remote is O/S and reimbursed me for a particular remote they selected available online. Again, will update as the remote they selected has a 1 star rating stating that it has not worked for those reviewing.

All battery operated!! Which are not included! So maybe order some if you don’t have any! But yes, they work great and are beautiful on my shelf!!

Not sure why these aren't more highly rated. They're beautiful off and on, with a realistic textured finish and a soft flicker. The remote works perfectly and so do the timers. I purchased in white and plan to buy more.

The candles were supposed to get here in two days and it took weeks to get them. I had to contact support to even get them here. I was trying to all for a refund but they would only send the candles.When I opened the first box I was really happy, the candles were beautiful and I loved the shade of pink. In the Pictures they look cream but in person they’re pink. Then I opened the second box and the candles were all melted. Every single one. I wanted to replace them but they would only do a refund. I have to take these damaged, garbage candles to the UPS store and wait thirty days plus seven for a refund. I just want the candles and this whole thing is ridiculous. I order from Amazon constantly and I’ve never had this much trouble and terrible service. I would never order from this seller again in a million years but I need a second set. So they’ll get that order but never, ever again. Unless I can find it from a different seller. I don’t usually get this frustrated but they’ve just made the whole thing as difficult and annoying as possible. I order from Amazon for convenience. This is the exact opposite of that.
