Very sticky
Very difficult to work, have since found much cheaper, more workable one that keeps better too. Disappointing.

Very bad quality
Created large cracks and poor surface finish after air drying all the work & time wasted - very annoying. Bought a recognised brand to as had to do work again, result no cracks and perfect finish.

Not the best clay
I didn't enjoy working with this clay. Firstly it comes in packaging that cannot be resealed so you've got to transfer any unused clay in cling film etc to keep it moist for future use. The clay is light grey colour as expected. I find it hard to work with, it is a bit too soft in my opinion so it doesn't keep the form you give it as well. I've had to leave it to dry a couple of hours before I could make better shapes. I use the pinch method. I feel fairly experienced with clay but I struggled smoothing this one. There were a lot of hairline cracks in the creation process, I'd smooth one side then the other one would need smoothing. Once dried there were no more cracks thankfully. I personally wouldn't recommend it.

It feels nice and soft, making it easy to manipulate while making models.
I was pleased to try this 'Galvog® Air Dry Clay Self-Hardening Modelling Clay 500gm | Air Drying Clay Ready to Use for Professional DIY Pottery Crafting Sculpturing Kids & Adults'. I do a lot of crafting for my dolls house, set in the Edwardian era. I needed some 12th scale paving slabs and buying the actual cut stone type is expensive. I thought this would be a perfect medium to use. I have used self hardening clay before and it works very well. I will have to paint them with acrylics, to give them a realistic look and then will be able to stick in place. I have a printed 12th scale 'wallpaper' of paving stones to copy the size and colouring. The clay comes perfectly sealed in a plastic foil type pouch. It feels nice and soft, making it easy to roll out, or manipulate if you want to make models. It air dries, obviously taking more time for a denser model than a thin one. This type of clay is also great for children to use because they get the model to paint and keep/display, without having to bake it etc. It is non-toxic, safe and environmental friendly. Made in the Netherlands by the 'Artist' company, established in 1937.This one gives you 500 grams for the current price of £5.99, which I think is good value for money.
