This is my third humidifier I've purchased for my tropical plants. I had bad luck with the first two but this one is absolutely amazing. First, it came packaged very well with sturdy Styrofoam encased around the entire unit with all parts in sealed plastic and an easy guide instruction manual. Second, this humidifier is super easy to assemble and has a nice, ergonomic design. It has many great features which include the sleek color, the two ways of operation (digital touch display or remote control), the top lid opening for adding water, and the side handles for carrying the large tank. I love that it comes with a dual 360° nozzle that you can use alone or with the extension tube. One of my favorite functions is that although it comes with a 12hr timer, you can turn the timer off for continuous use and it's super quiet no matter what level of output you set it to. The humidistat is pretty accurate compared to my own digital humidistat/temp reader. It also maintains the humidity level you set it to, has a low water warning light, and a diffuser tray for your essential oils. Third, this humidifier is super easy to clean and it comes with its own cleaning sponge. I recommend buying some demineralization tablets or drops to help with mineral buildup and cleaning. I use them in the tank and I just cleaned the humidifier for the first time in almost 2 weeks and there was minimal buildup and the water didn't develop a musty/moldy smell. The only two things that could improve this humidifier is giving an option of Fahrenheit/Celsius on the temperature reading (it only comes in Celsius) and making the water level window longer on the unit (it stops at halfway down the tank and you can't see bottom half of water level). Overall, I highly recommend this humidifier and am so glad I took the chance and purchased it! It deserves all the stars!EDIT: After months of using the humidifier, I had to read through the instruction manual again and found that I was WRONG about the temperature reading only being in Celsius. You most certainly can change it to Fahrenheit!

I loved this when I received so much, I purchased a second for our 2nd house! Now after 4 months, the first one is not working. It shuts itself off and the water light blinks...even when it is full. This was after a cleaning. This is a big investment to not be able to return or replace after just a few months! I may look into returning the second before it stops working as well. WAY to much money for a product that appears to be defective and potentially junk.UPDATE 2/19/25. The customer service was good. After contacting them, they wanted to diagnose the issue and sent me a replacement. So, I ordered another unit for our second home. Well, I now have 3 of these machines and all three have stopped working in less than a year. I find it hard to believe that no one else is having this issue! The SAME issue on all 3. I cannot complain about the customer service but dealing with 3 of these units and having ALL 3 stop working for the same reason is an absolute design issue! For $170 each......I fully expected them to last longer than a year! $340 down the drain!

I've been using this humidifier for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with it. It has a large water tank, so I don't have to refill it very often. It's also very quiet, which is important to me, especially at night.I love that I can customize the humidity level and mist setting. This way, I can find the perfect settings for my comfort and needs. I also appreciate the essential oil tray, which allows me to add a nice scent to the mist.Overall, I'm very happy with this humidifier. It works well and its large capacity means you have to refill every day. However an improvement would be small wheels so it could roll over to your sink instead of carrying a lot of containers of water back and forth. I ended up putting in on an ikea cart where I removed the top two shelves.

We had previously bought 3 smaller versions of this unit (which we still use), but I wanted one that I did not have to fill up quite as often. We are using this in the main part of our house and it is keeping just over 1000sqft at whaterver level of humidity we choose. We also have a 3 ton ducted heat pump that we do use for heat in the winter that it is combating against in keeping the house at the perfect level. This has been the perfect size (maybe a littler oversized) to keep our house from getting too dry.The controls on the device are a little bit hard to decipher, however it comes with a remote that is easy to use, so there really is not much need to figure out the symbols on the unit itself.

This unit quit working with in a few months. Figured it was the pump .which husband is going to fix hopefully ordered new pump. Other then that we liked it but wouldn't buy again

I purchased this humidifier for a plant room. The humidifier stopped working and the water light comes and even when full. I have cleaned it and it does not seem to make a difference. I have been reading through the reviews and this is not an uncommon problem for this product. Too much money to spend on something that is not even going to last a year do not recommend.I am making an edit because I called the company and the customer service was wonderful. After some trouble shooting, they sent me a new unit. I would recommend this company when purchasing a large humidifier.
