The real shame is how difficult it has become to find plain yogurt, which is the product we should be reaching for if we’re looking for genuine health benefits. Why do so many brands feel the need to load their products with unnecessary chemicals when plain yogurt is a much better option for anyone who cares about what they’re eating?
