Peace of mind!
I went through a right hip replacement in 2016 and I found out I need to go through a left hip replacement in less than 4 weeks and I will need peace of mind after my surgery. So I started looking for something that would give me some help if anything should happen while I’m in the shower. I came across these, read some of the reviews, talked to my brother and decided to give them a try. As far as I can tell, these handles are going to do the trick. They are extremely sturdy, the grip is great, and the suction is fantastic. The great part is I placed them at the height and position that fits my needs. I’m 60 years old and I hope I never have to go through what my dad went through a few months before he passed, he was 97 years old. He slipped in the shower and broke his collar bone in 2 places. I wish these would have been in the shower before that happened to him. And by the way, because I’m having issues with my hip right now, getting in and out of the shower helps tremendously. I highly recommend these.

Highly recommend.
These are sturdy grab bars with a very secure suction grip. I had to work to remove and re-place one recently. However as stated in the description, they only stick to flat surfaces and that surface needs to be about 3 inches with no grout lines. They are long enough to provide a bar over a wide area and shaped for an easy grip for male or female hands. Their appearance is clean and streamlined and fit in well in a shower or even a tub. I was/am happy enough with the original 2 I bought, to order 2 more.

Easy to use
Excellent product!!Ready to use right out of the box. Just take off the protective covers stick to surface at the level that suits you then push the lock levers down and it is so secure I couldn't even pull it down pulling with all my strength. I would recommend this product to all my friends and family

Tight seal
Works really well, a little too well. I had a little issue trying to remove the bar as it was suctioned on very tight. I wet it and had to pull very hard but I got it off with the help of a credit card as well.

Very secure and easy to install - definitely recommend!
We ordered these grab bars for our acrylic shower/tub enclosure following husband’s knee replacement surgery. We wanted safe, secure handholds without having to drill through the acrylic to try to find studs for support of other types of bars. The product arrived in 2 days and was well packaged, including a protective plastic cover over the rubber (slightly tacky) suction ends. This cover keeps the pads free from debris that might impair the seal, so leave them in place till ready to install. (I took one off before I realized the pad was slightly tacky, so I replaced it till we were ready.) The slight tackiness of the pads was sufficient to temporarily hold the bars in place on the freshly cleaned and dried flat surface while we decided if positioning was good. Once we were sure, the instructions were followed to firmly attach the bars using the levers/latches to apply suction. We were both very impressed how secure the bars are once installed! It has been a week now, and they are still very tightly attached - so much so that even testing by trying to pull them off (without releasing the vacuum) did not loosen them at all. We feel very secure using these bars and would definitely recommend them to anyone with such a need - and they look good, too. Just be sure you follow the directions for installation - clean surfaces well (and air dry to avoid lint) and be sure that the location is perfectly flat so the suction pads can seal well. (We had to avoid subtle curves and a slightly raised diamond design in parts of our enclosure.) Press down firmly on each lever (while still in the open/vertical position) to force out air from under the pad, and then, while still pressing, fold the lever down. It only takes a minute to install each bar after the chosen location is cleaned and ready.

Value & safety just what I needed
I need some assistance getting in/out of the shower because of recent surgery. So, I bought these to use at my daughter's house when I visit. They were the best purchase! As you can see I only used one on the shower door. The other one was used beside the toilet (not pictured) on a painted wall. And they stayed on perfectly. They're very strong when attached properly. I visited for a week and never had a problem with the grab bars. They were equally as strong and helpful. When I left my daughter removed the bars and put them in the box they came in. Ready for my next visit if needed. The price was reasonable & well worth my safety. They look great and the weight of these bars is substantial. I'm very happy with this product. Thank you!

Super strong adhesion
These are great!! No need to damage the shower surround. They installed easily. Their adhesion is super strong and gives me the confidence to use them entering and exiting the shower.

Reliable so far, but not for repositioning
Very easy to mount and, so far, after four months of use, all bars have reliably stayed in place and withstood my elderly mother's (light) weight and pull. Two things to remember: 1) The bar can only be mounted on flat and smooth surfaces. My mom's shower tiles are textured and curvy, so the suctions didn't stick. 2) When trying to reposition a bar on regular painted dry wall, the wall got damaged and the suction/adhesive on one side of the bar didn't stick thereafter. Instead of buying a new bar, I just placed two-sided Gorilla tape to the suction surface and remounted. Seems to be working so far.
