Had a Pentair SD80 on my 20x40 pool. It developed some pinholes at the seam. Patching it failed so I needed a new sand filter. Being that I just forked over a ton of money for my daughter’s wedding the bank account said no to a direct replacement at $650 plus sand and plumbing. That’s where the Vevor Sand Filter hit my radar. I normally say you get what you pay for but this product punches above its weight class. Upon its arrival I noticed the box was a little beat up which worried my wife. Installing it was pretty easy thanks to a few YouTube videos and the fact that it came with EVERYTHING. Once everything was hooked up it ran like a champ. I’ve only had it installed for about a week but it’s doing its job at half the price of the one it replaced. Knock on some wood, no issues as of yet but time will definitely tell. For us, the Vevor Sand Filter saved summer.

Completely Failed After Two Months, Caused Major Damage I am extremely disappointed with this pool sand filter. After only two months of normal use, it completely failed. As a result of the failure, our pool drained unexpectedly and ended up ruining our pool pump as well. A filter is supposed to protect your system, not cause thousands of dollars in damage. This product clearly isn’t built to last, and the quality is unacceptable. We followed all installation and maintenance instructions, so there’s no excuse for it breaking this quickly. Now we’re stuck replacing both the filter and our pump. I would strongly recommend avoiding this product and investing in a more reliable brand.

We have had four pools in our different houses, and we’ve learned a lot about filtration. We’ve had sand filters, DE filters and a cartridge filter. In my opinion, the sand filter does the best job keeping the pool clean with the least amount of maintenance. This Vevor filter is a really a good buy! It’s the perfect size for our pool and was a snap to connect to the pump and heater. Everything but the pvc was included and the inlets/outlets were marked so it made for an easy installation. We have other Vevor items including the pool motor, so we are familiar with the make and trust the quality. I’m sure this will last for many years.

If you need a filter for a larger pool, this one will fit the bill and not drain the bank account. Compared to our previous popular brand (Hayward), this system seems as good, if not better quality. The VEVOR store stands behind it's products. We got ours as a return for a discounted price and discovered two laterals were missing and customer service was great, communicated well and got the two laterals sent in a very timely manner. Works great and keeps my pool clear

AWFUL! Dont Not Buy This Product I purchased it in July and in August the bottom of it started to leak my pool water out. The bottom of the sand filter seam came apart, leaking pool water everywhere all into my yard tried to contact customer service. I got no assistance there I do not recommend this product for anyone. Chemicals of very expensive and a technician is very expensive to have to pay someone to install it two months later it’s leaking pay another technician to uninstall it then pay to have a new one put in its place. Un freaking believable

As good as a name brand filter for a fraction of the price. Love it.

This is my second Vevor sand filter and this one is working so much better than the first. All the parts were there. Very happy!

Non credevo che funzionasse cosi bene ad un prezzo cosi conveniente ho dovuto fare solo piccole modifiche sui raccordi e tutto è andato come prevedevo il filtro va benissimo per la mia piscina da 24 m/cubi sembra anche bello robbusto come costruzione. E' da acquistare lo consiglio

Der Sandbehalter hatte oben an der vertikalen Nahtstelle einen Riss, der sich innerhalb einer Woche vergrôßerte und etliche m³ Wasser täglich verlor. Nachdem ich Bilder und Videos von der undichten Stelle an Vevor sandte erhielt ich ein neues Set. Die Akte Anlage durfte ich behalten, so konnte ich meinen Pool noch weiterhin -allerdings nur in Rezirkulation- nutzen. Ich kann den Anbieter nur empfehlen.
