Love the picture light and the dimming capability. It was very easy to install. The only negative is the remote. It doesn't work consistently. If it turns the light on, the button to turn the light off doesn't work, and the features to dim the light on the remote do not work either. So I just manually turn the light on and off or use the dimming features on the control box instead of using the remote.Because the remote does work, I'm unable to review the features that are supposed to be available with the remote.

Nice little light and very easy to install. Unfortunately, the light I received is bent and the battery in the remote does not work.

We installed these and were SO impressed with how much they elevated our gallery wall. I was so excited I almost ordered one for every frame in my house … that is until I spent the next 48hrs troubleshooting battery/charging issues. One wouldn’t turn on at all unless connected to the charger so I replaced. Then the others began going out despite being charged before installation. I had ordered a battery pack to charge without removing from the wall, but they would only hold a charge for a very short period after being connected for some time. I removed all to charge, but reading other reviews it seems I shouldn’t expect much from the battery life. Far to much upkeep to keep this feature functioning, so unfortunately will be looking for other options.

I purchased 4 black they are easy to install simple directions Do a dry fit first mark place above your picture. USB charger needed your old iPhone square works. Charge the lights while you are installing the brackets. Remote is great each light brings one remote and you can use one for all. the remote has a dimmer and brightness if you purchase several Put the other remotes away for future need. Each comes with a long charging cord if you have an outlet below your picture or bookcase it might reach no need to remove lamp to charge but, if you don’t have outlet no worries just slide up with both hands at the base of the lamp to remove the light from the bracket it’s easy. Charge like your phone.Use both hands when repositioning the lamp onto art and two hands at the base when removing to charge. No cords no electrician needed.

Praying I don't have the battery complaints that others did. Perfect so far.
