Edges curl up
Good quality plastic but the edges curl no matter how much effort is put to the contrary. Need to be able to weight down the ends in order for this to work properly.

Just what I needed
Had some window casings that were poorly cut with gaps at the corners. This filled the corners and looks much nicer than the odd pieces the former builder decided to use. So far the adhesive seems to be solid

Easy to cut, does not stick well, surface was smooth and clean, the tape did not adhere properly, had to add nails to make it stick
