Q: Can I purchase just the fabric as a replacement? I have the plastic stand, but the loops broke on the fabric after many years of use.

Q: how do I fold the legs for storage? They just stick straight out and I can't get them to fold down.

The legs do not fold, you just take them off. I leave my legs on year around, collapse the frame into a straightish line, and hang from a closet rod. The legs act as a hook and it keeps the frames out of the way when out of season. I do not use the coat hanger shaped hook in the middle of frame...not sure how to use that part.
