I purchased this a little time ago for sublimation instead of using heat tape as it leaves marks, especially on material. The instructions on the can said, highly flammable, and sublimation uses heat, around 350f upwards for material. So i was very reluctant to use it, also i didn't know if it would still be tacky afterwards. A few days ago i decided to contact the seller, C.P.D Ltd. Not sure if i can mention their name fully. But a guy called Mark answered my question. Mark wasn't sure if i could use this for sublimation so he contacted the maker for more information.In less than a day i had emails from mark showing a video of how to use this product, but also full instructions of what hazards it has and what to do if something goes wrong, and what is in it.Now to me, THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE 100%.I've used this product tonight for the first time, at 3am in morning, didn't have to ring 999 lol. I'm impressed. Altered my print half a dozen times to get it right and had the same results. it kept its tack, plus when my print was complete, it didn't leave any residue behind. My finished product wasn't tacky.I would highly recommend this product if you do sublimation on material. I have 2 x 500ml cans at the moment but i will be ordering 2 more after this review, just in case of high demand ha ha.This review is about the product, but all my 5 stars go to Mark and his customer service. He solved a problem for me and i an very thankful and grateful for his help. 100%
