Not good
Door started leaking after 3 months and LG service center said this is not covered in their warranty. For such an expensive machine, this is not great from LG!

Poor build quality and noisy pump
I bought and made a return the same day because the machine is very noisy. Mainly due to the fact that the front panel with control buttons is attached crookedly and it is loose. Also when pouring the pump makes in the first minutes of pouring water in small portions that is strange and under high pressure. There were no such problems with the last machine before.From the pluses I note that the technology of direct drive is really more reliable, as in case of leakage your motor can not be flooded and there is no belt that can break.If the quality was better, I would have kept the washing machine. Now I'm probably thinking of getting a more expensive LG because of the direct drive or buying a competitor with the same budget.
