I opened the box and read all the directions. The battery was half full. I charged it, and it still died after every couple of curls!! Very disappointed. AND I had to pay $2.99 for the return label!! I would not recommend!

I’m actually surprised that this machine does its job. Sometimes I am in a rush that I don’t have time to do my hair at home. So I have this portable curler in my car and it’s a game changer!! I absolutely love it 🥰!!! The only down side is that it loses it charge when I’m nearly done with my hair- and I have long hair. Other than that it sure does saves the day 😊!! (I also tried uploading a picture but I am not able to add any pics or videos 😞.)

I bought this for my daughter thinking it would be a great first curling iron so she could avoid getting her fingers burnt by a traditional curling iron. I bought early long before Christmas and she wasn't able to use it until Christmas. She's been trying to charge it and use it for a few days now and it won't keep the charge at all. It heats up great and curls great. It's easy to use for her and curls her hair well. But the battery dies after just a couple curls. I can't return it now since the return window is closed. Don't waste your money. I'm going to get another style that has a cord so I don't have to deal with charging it.

Straight out of the box, read the directions. Charged it for the required time. Showed battery fully charged. However after turning it on and going thru all the settings the battery died??

easy to use, heats great, fast and easy- each small section will only take you about 12 seconds until you can move on to the next bit. The only thing o would change about thisWould be battery life as i have to charge it again a little over halfway thru being done with my hair, since it doesn’t hold the charge well, and it charge’s incredibly slow. Otherwise I think it works great for the money overall

Seems great for long hair but my hair is shoulder length band it doesn’t seem to work so well

First if all, the directions are printed so small, it's almost impossible to read and also they are not very explanatory. Secondly, it took forever to get it turned on, but finally hit on the right button to press. (It's not the middle one, but the right one) Now that I can turn it on, it does not stay wound up long enough to set a curl. As soon as it winds the hair, it immediately releases. Needless to say I'm very frustrated. I'm very tempted to send it back.

Love the design and function of this product, curling my hair without exposing my face or hands to the heated element. Unfortunately, they haven’t figured out how to make the battery last more then a couple of months. Even when plugged in, the battery dies quickly, sometimes with only half of my hair curled and no way to recharge it quickly to finish. This is my 3rd one and it started having battery issues in fastest. Might be the last.
