Significantly reduced the noise my walking pad makes at work. I am in a 2nd floor office. Downstairs neighbors complained about the noise from my walking pad. These a thick and sturdy and do the job great. I was worried about a rubbery smell but they aren’t stinky. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I live in a 2nd-floor apartment and am very careful not to disturb my downstairs neighbor. I heard that vibration on the floor is the main culprit in causing noise, so I gave these a try. I tried using a water bottle to easily see the difference in vibration between these pads and without and saw a noticeable difference. Since the rubber pads are sturdy and soft as well, it does not bang against the wooden floor either.They also stick very well on wooden floors, so no need to worry about slipping.One thing I will say though is this product has a strong odor of rubber. I placed it outdoors for about 36 hours and mostly were gone by day 3.

We moved my heavy treadmill up from the basement to the family room. I can now look out a window while I run! After a few years of staring into the cinder blocks I was ready for some light. I used the set of 6 for the 6 wheels /contact points of my treadmill to protect my family room flooring. They are very strong and keep my machine from moving while I run and move in varies inclines.

I don’t often leave reviews or take pictures but I wanted to show you the floor type we have under the treadmill. We have a bedroom below the room this is in and I wanted to lessen the noise. This work! Running on the treadmill you can barely hear it. They work better than expected. Be sure to count your feet. I bought 6.

Does its job. Will not deteriorate under pressure.

ive used them under chairs, under my fridge, under my washing machine. i ran over them a couple times. i used one as a coaster, i tossed it into a box of rusty nails. i dropped it in my pool for a week. i hit it with a hammer a bit. i almost tried punching it, but realized it was probably pointless and i didnt want to hurt myself, so i pussied out. i didnt shoot it with a gun yet, but honestly, that just sounds like a little too much to expect from these things. plus, i actually like using them. they are cheap for what you get, and they are durable as hell. really cant complain. had them for months now.

I bought a rubber mat to go under my treadmill, and it did absolutely no good. Although these pads did little for noise, they virtually eliminated vibration through the floor.

These are amazingly heavy and well made. They do a good job in isolating noise and vibration. They are smaller than I imagined in my head. My recumbent bike's support tubes will not stay on the pads though, at least at the ends where the bike has PVC covers on the stand tubes. They absolutely will slip right off. I had to place them inboard of the tube cover ends which decreased the stability of the bike. I thought the rubber with the nubs would hold it - not. I had to return them. They would work fine if you have a different configuration where you would want the support under PVC (or other slick material).

I put it outside for 3 days and it still smells. Hoping it goes away soon. The product itself is good.

I was leery this would work, but didn’t want to have to carry a big heavy pad to put underneath the treadmill, these simple 4” squares worked perfectly. I left them outside overnight, never had an issue with smell when I brought them inside. I do 10% incline- 3mph and no issues at all, thrilled.
