As above the packaging.
That the item was sent in a completely see through plastic bag. I do not think this is appropriate as it could tempt anyone who handles it to steal it. I am all for cutting down on packaging but use a recycled paper envelope please. It is a beautiful iPad cover though and I am very pleased with it.
