Fantastic book stand. Great for reading in bed. Soft and comfortable. Also good for reading in a chair. The pillow is soft. Additional plus is the fact that I can place my book inside and carry it up and down the stairs while still holding onto the bannister as the magnet keeps the the entire item closed. Nice extra is that a coaster was included free of charge.

This is THE best lap desk I've ever found! I've tried and returned a couple so far because they just weren't right. I'm an avid reader, so I've been looking for something like this for quite some time. It's real wood, and the quality is OUTSTANDING. I love that I can store by clip on book light in it, and the notches are secure and angle my books perfectly so I can read for hours with no issue. The page holders are well placed and firmly attached, unlike others I've tried that felt flimsy. This has everything I wanted and more! Seems silly to be so excited about something like this, but the design is so simple, and elegant, that it warranted a review. When you read as much as I do, it makes a huge difference to have a product like this. I also read rather large, sometimes hardback books, and the support where the book rests is sturdy and tall enough to hold even my largest/thickest books and cookbooks. Bonus points for it coming from a small business! I have also used this for my laptop-works just as well.

Fairly lightweight but still sturdy, easy to use and the magnet on it is quite strong when opening and closing so if you store anything inside you don’t need to worry about contents potentially falling out. I have a kindle but prefer actual copies of books, I was missing the folding aspect of the kindle with my case on not having to hold it up all the time while reading so this has been a game changer for me when it comes to reading in bed or just keeping books open for you! The adjustability is great and it even came with a wooden coaster. Glad I made the purchase!

This is a beautiful wood veneer and padded book stand. It opens up with storage space for pens/highlighters, ear pods, calculator, book light, etc. The padding is covered in a soft and comfortable valor type material. The stand folds out with room enough to hold a 2-1/2” thick book. The metal arms raise up to hold the pages in place. The only Con I can think of is that the magnetic closure is very strong and could be difficult for elderly people to open it up. Overall it is beautiful and well made. I highly recommend it. I look forward to many years of service from this beautiful book stand!

Received today. A bit pricey but I see why. There are some great features in this one. The arms that hold your pages in are a bit flexible so they can fit your particular book. The arms fold down if you don't need them. The construction is quality. It closes with a magnet so it will stay closed. The notches to elevate the reading stand are wooden. There is nothing flimsey about it. It looks good. The tilt only goes from about 45 degrees to flat. I would have liked it to be a bit more verticle as the bottom of the page is hidden by the lip holding the book/paper/tablet. It has 5 settings of tilt. Overall this reading stand is solid, made with MDF which gives it weight. It is a hefty box with the bottom covered in a cushion. It will sit securely on a flat surface. I don't see this thing getting knocked over without significant force. There is a recessed pen/stylus holder near the top. The inside has a wonderfully convenient compartment for glasses, pens, any items you might want stowed at a desk. I took off a point as it states it is lightweight, yet I can barely lift it. It is about 4 pounds or 1.5 kilograms. Also the stand not going more vertical than 45 degrees is disappointing. But overall, I love it. Would recommend.

It holds my large, heavy book easily. Sturdy and made well. Easy to use and adjust. Love that it has a place for book to lean on and page holders. Need for close up reading and this works great. Would recommend.

I just love this book pillow. It is comfortable and the stand has different heights so you can read while sitting or lying down. I use it every night to read in bed and to read on the couch. It frees up my arms and can hold a pretty thick book. I love that I can also store my book and book light inside when I’m done reading and it has a latch that prevents it from opening until you’re ready to read. Has made my reading experience so much more enjoyable. I can read while sipping on my wine and I don’t have to worry about loosing my page. Not to mention it looks beautiful and the wood finish and cushion are of great quality. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect way to read comfortably in bed! I love the pillow bottom and the quality of the wooden part. Easy way to read without having to prop yourself up and hold your book or device. Easy to turn the pages too. I love the inside storage compartment to fit small things like bookmarks, my reading light, etc. it also came with a cute coaster! Definitely recommend this one!

it is a little smaller than other lap desks. I really like the adjustable angle and the feel of the fabric. The compartment can hold pens, and small articles and the book I am reading.

Finalmente un supporto per libri fatto come si deve. È leggero e morbido sotto. La molla per bloccare le pagine è ottima. Comodo anche per cellulare e tablet. Dentro si possono riporre oggetti o il libro. Molto carino il poggiatazza trovato all'interno. Sul bordo del contenitore si riesce a pinzare la luce da lettura. Prodotto molto comodo e valido.

Fijne boekensteun! Vanwege ME kan ik m'n boek niet lang zelf vasthouden, dan verzuren mijn nek, armen, polsen en handen. Dit is een perfecte oplossing. Ligt stabiel op je schoot. Handige opbergmogelijkheid voor leeslampjes en leesbril.

Me ha sorprendido lo útil que resulta para leer en cama. Tiene un tamaño adecuado para colocarlo de forma estable. Los elementos para sujetar las páginas funcionan fenomenal. Pero también resulta ideal para leer con ebook o tablet. Se puede variar la inclinación pues tiene varias posiciones. Y resulta muy cómodo poder guardar en su interior las gafas de lectura, el libro, etc. Solo le pondría una pega....el sistema de agarre, tipo asa de maletín, resulta endeble y es posible que se llegue a desgarrar por ser un elemento sobre el que recae el peso del soporte y todo lo que tuviera en su interior, siendo además del mismo material textil. Quizás en esto habría que mejorar el diseño. Si fuera más resistente ya sería perfecto en todo.

Cela faisait longtemps que je cherchais un support pour mes livres (grand et petit format). Comme j’allais subir une opération et que j’allais rester alitée, je me suis décidée et je ne le regrette absolument pas. En plus je peux mettre mon ordinateur dessus et le rangement est top.
