These supplements are very easy for me to use, and I like the size of them because they aren’t too big or bulky, which means that they are nice and easy for me to swallow. It’s easy for me to dispense them from the tub into my pillbox and it’s handy that they come in the tub because it’s easy for me to store. I’m pleased that since taking these that I’ve not had any unwanted side-effects and I like that they don’t have a horrible smell to them at all. Unlike others I’ve used in the past. The flavour and aftertaste, well I can’t really taste anything if I’m honest so they don’t have any kind of yucky taste at all. I feel that the ingredients used are very good quality and they have a good range of vitamins and minerals in the capsules. I feel that they are doing a good job of helping me support my health and body on it’s weight loss journey and I’ve not had any issues or problems with using them at all. I feel they are very good value for money and I do recommend them.

I’ve been taking these for around 3 weeks now, you have to take them 30 mins before you eat which I’ve struggled to remember to do. I have lost weight but I’ve also been exercising and eating right so I don’t think it’s down to the tablets. They’re quite large and have a weird taste. They don’t suppress your appetite or anything like that. I’m not sure that they do anything at all.

2 weeks in and taking thse as directed has resulted in no benefits whatever. Pretty sure these are just placebo but I'll keep taking them and if things change I will update this review.

So far these seems to be working for me. I haven’t lost a significant amount of weight, but I feel lighter and a lot less bloated. They don’t seem to do a lot for curbing appetite, but they do seem to help with my energy level. I feel more alert, and seem to have more energy, but I don’t get jittery at all.These are an easy to take 1 capsule dosage, that you take half an hour before meals. I only take it before breakfast and lunch, simply because I am concerned it may interfere with my sleep if I take it too late. I haven’t noticed any off-putting smell or taste with these, and haven’t had any issues with them upsetting my stomach.It is still too soon to say for certain these are highly effective, but the early signs are very good. I will definitely be keeping this as a part of my daily routine because it is showing promise, and does seem to be helping me.
