Had to purchase fitting kit separate, says it comes with kit but it didn't , wiring instructions are not very good had to do some digging about.

You can either wire this as separate power to both units with a 2 sense wire connecting them or power to one unit with a 5 wire connector cable. It does not make this clear in the documents. I used a 50mm drill bit to drill through the wall but that was very tight so I would recommend a 55 or 60mm bit. A outside ducting pack makes the pipework outside look very neat. If fitting yourself YouTube has some very good tutorials but remember this one has to have the LO wire and the S both connected as well as the live neutral and earth wires. The YouTube ones only show a 4 wire unit.

excellent unit once installed. heat and cold functions work very good for a large bedroom. it could be helpful if the pipes are a little longer as you will need to buy extra extensions.

Installation of the unit was easy if you have the right tools and knowledge. You need a vacuum for the pipes and large core drill. I’ve fitted mine perfectly but found it’s either on or off. The room gets nice and cold but the thermostat fails to switch off the unit when reaching desired temperature. Auto feature doesn’t have a setting to select desired temperature and is stuck on 25.

I had to return the AC and paid for transport £22. For the refund which I am still waiting, I was informed that it is the company policy is to deduct their transport cost £30 The AC looked nice

The air conditioner is not the same as in the picture, but it heats very well and my room got warm immediately.
