Works great, here's a compatibility list I made to help the DC community (will be added to over time as programs are updated)
The adapter works as advertised - as a plug-and-play device. Windows maps the buttons, analog and digital inputs correctly, however given the nature of an adapter, your results may vary depending on the application. This is an updated review from the one I posted a few months back, and in doing so I've complied a list of tested programs and games that worked perfectly or required some button mapping:Steam Big Picture - Detected natively. A recent update allowed for the controls to be remapped correctly, so you should be able to remap X to A for any games that support this.Ultra Street Fighter IV - X had to be remapped to A, otherwise works perfectly. The only problem is there's not enough buttons for heavy attack, but its fine for casual play. If you have a Dreamcast Arcade stick, however, that should do the trick better than the regular Dreamcast controller and to my knowledge, that should work.Space Channel 5: Part 2 - Works, but since the game doesn't let you remap the buttons, you'll need a program such as X360CE to remap the controls to match that of the Dreamcast version. After that, works just fine. Feels great to play it in HD!Team Fortress 2 / Gary's Mod / Left 4 Dead 2 - As a joke, I threw this into a few Source games to see if it would work. Everything works fine and is configurable.Project64 (Latest build) - Controller plugin does not work, went to an earlier build to copy the controller plugin that did work into the plugins folder and it worked just fine after that. I believe it was build 2.2 that I used, then went to the netplay build to copy the controller plugin.DEMUL (SEGA Naomi) - Have some mixed results with this one. For some reason, it always registers a second analog stick moving even though there is none. Its obviously a fault in the program itself, but a simple workaround is to install JoyToKey and map the buttons to keyboard. The project was recently updated however, and as development continues this should be fixed (had this problem with some of my other controllers and this emulator as well.)I will continue to add to this list while I check other programs and games over time. I hope this will aid the Dreamcast and emulation community!

Could have been better.
It works well but it is not as good as I had hoped. It has 2 flaws that can get in the way at times. First off one of these problems is to do with running this on ps3, which is NOT what it is advertised to be used on but it works on them do to the plug and play design and not needing drivers. This problem is the same issue I have with the trio linker plus, which is the face buttons are mapped incorrectly and do not match the ps3 controller mapping. OK, no big deal it's made primarily for PC use, so what's the problem? Well you see the Dreamcast controller was made with only 1 analog stick, so to help make up for the lack of one they added analog control to the L and R triggers. This makes using it horrendous in 3d games. This would not be as bad if it wasn't for the fact that there is constant analog input, even when you are not pressing down the triggers. Every time I try to play a 3d game with it I am either in a constant state of moving forward and to the left or looking up and to the right, and you can not turn this off. Now to give some positives. The device is constructed well. It's very sturdy and has a good grip on the controller inputs without being overly tight. Now when it comes to 3d games it might not do the job all that well, but when using it in a 2d game it is brilliantly good. There is no input lag and the analog stick sensitivity is perfect. I will recommend this if you want to do 2 player 2d games with Dreamcast controllers, but if you are only going to do single player I would recommend the trio linker plus I mentioned above since it will work with 3d games better as it does not have that annoying analog input on the triggers.

My review Mayflash Dreamcast Controller To Pc Usb Converter Adapter
Going to start off by saying this device works great with the official Dreamcast game pad. I also plugged in a Mad Catz MC2 Racing Wheel and it did not work. Another thing is memory cards are useless. So unless you're going to use the offical Dreamcast game pads, it's pretty much pointless. Oh one more thing, I tried using this with USB 3 and Windows 7 did not recognize the MayFlash converter. I had to use a PCI-e USB 2 adapter.

Works great but what you need to know
This DOES work on windows 10 with Demul as your dreamcast emulator. The button mapping is timed mouse click to button press for each input to register. You can use this on null dc but you’ll need to get 360ac to make it compatible, this applies to all steam games as it’s direct input instead of xinput. Meaning windows 10 won’t recognize all the buttons with additional help. The product arrived packaged well, brand new. I did a lot of research regarding windows 10 and it compatibility. It’s worth the purchase, the only down side is windows doesn’t support generic game pads that well without additional softwares sometimes but that’s a windows issue. The product fully delivers.Use Demul as your emulator for it to work out of box for button mapping

Excellent product.
Works like a charm with Redream with Windows 10/USB 3. Super simple to set up. Just make sure you have the controller plugged into Controller 1 port on the Mayflash (this was the port on the right side for me). I initially plugged it into Controller port 2 and was confused that I was on the right side of screen in fighting games, etc... Great product!

Works well with DEMUL and the few other things I tested it with. Does what it's advertised to do, simple plug and play. I will add that mapping it in DEMUL was done in an odd way where I would have to hold the button and then click the assignment key.. other than that I had no problems. It's also worth noting that I have only tried this on my windows 7 PC and not my windows 8 PC.

Works great for the most part...
Worked perfectly with the standard Dreamcast controller, but did NOT work correctly for the Agetec arcade stick - something to keep in mind if you're planning on using it.

Another good product from Mayflash
Works very well, as intended. I have used this adapter with my two Dreamcast control pads and a few Dreamcast emulators on PC. I have not noticed any input lag. Another good product from Mayflash. I have three of their adapters, and all three work very well.

Needs better interface drivers or something
Wouldn't work properly on Windows 8. Haven't tested on Windows 7 but either it thinks it should have a second analog stick and doesn't which confuses games or something else is wrong. Needs better interface drivers or something.
