As far as plastic jump rope goes this is pretty good. The handle is very well made, ball baring spins pretty smooth when jumping, pretty intuitive adjustment system, and the rope itself has the right weight to it.One tiny issue (I guess it's the same with all plastic ropes) is that it takes a bit time to get the "curl" out of the rope before you can use it, but it's not too bad, honestly.If you want to burn some fat or just want to build up your calfs I would recommend. I would give only 4.5 stars but Amazon only do full stars, so there you go.

Good quality, thick rope, nice grips, can remove weights easily if needed, can slightly adjust length also, not massively. Real quality skipping rope. Definitely recommend.
