The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this Samsung refrigerator. It’s completely noiseless, cools quickly, and makes ice fast. The build quality is solid, it feels sturdy, and the design is sleek. Spacious inside with well-organized compartments.

Best quality value of money

Never order .Amazon will not allow returns and also samsung will never pick our call for service .I got the fridge on 5 august and the fridge is not working from the day one.nobody is responding.My 23000 is gone.First the demo technician came and he didn't check whether the compressor and oil is working correctly. 2 days after running the fridge i got to know it is not cooling even the slightest bit. Then I contacted them and a service technician came twice, he found out that it's the problem with oil leak in the compressor and he left. Later that day I got a phone call from the customer care(local) that they have ordered the compressor which I'll get it in 3 days on one condition that I'll get additional one year warranty . After 3 days no calls from their side i tried to call them many times they didn't answer and I registered a complaint in Samsung website. Amazon doesn't really care much after the product gets delivered .I tried to speak with Amazon customer care and they were not ready for return or even replacement . They told me to contact the Samsung service centre . Samsung service centre don't provide a correct date and also they won't respond to us with clarity. Today is August 15 . When I called them today they told me they have arranged for a replacement and I'll get it in 7 days . I'm waiting to see what happens.

Good Product

Using it since 2 months...there is no damage... packing was good... Refrigerator is working perfectly... Condenser coil was covered backside... Silent working of Compressor was impressive... ... Convertible option was quite interesting and very useful... Delivery boy was very careful ...Samsung installation person was friendly....only the sad thing I felt is my old fridge shown as 4,500 on exchange but during delivery the delivery boy valued it for only 2,000 on multiple requests and I need to transfer 2,500 to his personal phonepe.Apart from that, I'm satisfied with the refrigerator.

Build quality is very good. Size is more than enough for a family of four. Looks so cool and looks modern. Performance is so good even when i set it to lowest cooling(7 degree Celsius) its performance is better than my old fridge highest cooling.
