Best Mouse EVER
The best mouse I've ever used. I primarily bought this for the palm support, as most wireless mouses are meant to be compact. Never experienced issues with lag or sensitivity. Very smooth to use. Battery life is great, especially because it's built in and meant to be rechargable.

Good, so far.
The mouse is a tad big and particularly lightweight without any cutouts, the clicks feel a bit hollow/plasticky. There's no creaking, which is good, but its's not as quality feeling as my Logi G302 which is less expensive but had to stop using it when it developed some double click (and also has some creaking which comes from the battery container). But it does work great for FPSs, battery life is still pending, other reviews mention a dramatic decrease over months.Overall, it's a good mouse, I have other Keychron hardware that has been reliable and well priced with good features, and this mouse is the same for the most part, but maybe a bit overpriced. Reliability will speak for itself later.

High Quality Mouse
The quality of the looks to be unsurpassed. It's comfortable and solid. Glides over mouse pad like it is floating. Solid clicks. However, there is a noteworthy issue, but I stay at a 5 star review due to the quality of the mouse. The software/ driver for the mouse is hard to find on their website. The software does not yet support Bluetooth, but is fine with 2.4 or hard wire. So, to set it up, you have to find the software and connect a cable (if you use Bluetooth). Once set up, it holds though. You can set it up and then connect Bluetooth. I hope it will show battery life once Bluetooth works with their software.

Comfortable and Smooth
I LOVE this mouse! I had been looking for a wireless mouse, and after getting a Keychron keyboard this seemed like the obvious choice even after doing some research. It's lightweight, looks nice, feels nice and comfortable to work with, and has all the buttons I need for work and some light gaming. I haven't had it long enough to determine battery life quality, but overall I'm very happy with this purchase and am glad I bought a second one for the office!

An OK mouse with perhaps a few build quality issues.
Sadly this mouse was not as high of quality as the keyboard I also purchased. It was almost too light, and the left click would sometimes act like it was "stuck" and would make a harder than normal popping sound when clicking. Functionally it works fine, no issues with mouse movement, clicks, or connectivity. But it felt like it just wasn't as high of quality or value as its keyboard brethren.

In theory, a great mouse. In practice… doesn’t turn on.
The media could not be loaded. The first mouse I got worked fine when using the cable hardwired into my computer, however it did not work with Bluetooth nor the wireless receiver.Despite this connectivity issue, it was a great mouse. I loved the ability to switch between DPI and polling rates quickly, the customization of the side buttons and LEDs on the website, and how nicely it fit in my hand.I reached out to support and their response was slow - so slow that I ended up doing a replacement through Amazon instead. The second mouse I got did not work at all, even after hours of trying to get it to charge. It would not turn on even through loads of trouble shooting (both from the manual and online forums that experienced similar issues). Again, I contacted support and a response came too late. I just returned it a couple days ago (no replacement this time…) and just this morning got a support email telling me to “Please kindly try another cable.” That was the only advice they gave. It was not the cable as I had tried others during my trouble shooting, so this advice was completely unhelpful. The video attached is from the second mouse when nothing was working, but gives a good look at the features of the mouse (if you can get one that works, that is…).Doing even a quick Google search, it can be found that both issues I had across both the mice I bought are known and well documented. Even with this, it felt like customer support was lacking. I was experiencing an issue that is talked about all over reddit and other forums, they are aware of it, and still would not help me in any substantial way. This company has really nice products in theory. They offer relatively cutting-edge technology for a price that is reasonable and affordable. I just wish the products would consistently work and that their support team had quicker responses that were actually helpful and made me feel valued as a customer.I see a lot of potential for this mouse as there are tons of good reviews, but it seems like I have gotten 2 mice from bad batches in a row. I’m going to go with a mouse from a different company for now, but would consider coming back if they can iron out the issues.Overall, I’m giving this product a 1 star review because I only received defective devices, however, if everything was functioning on that first mouse, it would easily be a 5 star product. Don’t let my review scare you away from a good mouse, but know you may get a defective one like I did. Also, if you do contact support make sure you also attach videos and your Amazon invoice for the product or their only response will be asking you to send a video and the invoice…

The mouse is subpar. The finish on the top clickers fades quick. I noticed it after 4 months. The lag on Bluetooth was nonexistent the first few months and then it’s terribly slow. The battery life is good. I wouldn’t buy a mouse from them again. Their keyboards are amazing tho
